Wal Mart is the most important supermarket company worldwide and in Mexico its sales exceed all its competitors combined. The aggressive growth plan of this leading retailer has been a strong engine for the Mexican economy in recent years. Their tight construction schedules allow no time for hesitation when it comes to building stores, which are to be completed in 105 days, and the penalties for falling behind schedule allow no room for error. Only the most capable, experienced and financially sound contractors have been able to meet their highly demanding pace, to which Crocsa has adapted very effectively.

Since 2006 Crocsa has served as a general contractor on seven projects, all of them financed, building more than 538,400 sq ft (50,019 m2) in the distinct store formats like Wal Mart Supercenters, its low end Bodega Aurrera (the most successful supermarket chain and the one with the most stores in Mexico), and its Vips restaurants.

Thanks to a strong relationship and to the billion-dollar investments that the largest private employer in Mexico is planning in the years to come, Crocsa will certainly continue to be busy.
