The methodology under which Crocsa operates is a combination of talent and strategy translated into a working scheme that we call IBU (Independent Business Unit). Over many years it has proven to be the most efficient and agile way to respond to each project where the human, technical and financial resources require that we manage them in a manner that is decentralized, independent and autonomous. Throughout Mexico, our projects are 95% directly managed on site by our own people, who make their own decisions to professionally execute and meet the specific needs of each one of them.
